NOW is the time for the people of Northern Ireland to rally together and to spell out what peace would mean for two divided Christian communities, according to a senior Church of Ireland cleric.
Bishop Harold Miller of the Diocese of Down and Dromore said in his New Year Message that many people are facing 2003 with trepidation.
"The world seems a very unsettled place, and we dread what the next 'act' might disclose. Old scores, which have lain buried under the surface, have come to centre-stage again."
