According to a decree issued by the esteemed head of the Transitional Islamic State of Afghanistan, a delegation was dispatched to northern, southern and southwestern provinces today.

The delegation has been assigned the task of making sure all decisions made by the Council of Ministers on 11/8/1381 [2 November 2002] have been implemented [in the said provinces].
