Esfahan: Students at Esfahan's University of Art are continuing their sit-in for what they say is the failure of the university officials to deal with their demands.
Assadollah Montazeri, a spokesman for the striking students, told ISNA: The striking students had asked the Province's [Security] Provision Council for a permit to stage a sit-in in front of the university's education office but the request was turned down and so the students have, since 1400 [1030 GMT], continued their sit-in in front of the university's Towhid building.
