Prague, 1 January: The three Czech soldiers who work in Tampa, Florida, are not participating in the preparation of a possible war against Iraq, Defence Minister Jaroslav Tvrdik (CSSD) told Tuesday's [ 31 December 2002] issue of daily Pravo.
