As part of the disinformation campaign and the psychological warfare that the Western propaganda organs are launching against the Arabs and their causes, a leading American newspaper close to decision-making circles reported that Saudi Arabia had expressed readiness to place its territory and resources at the service of a potential US military aggression against Iraq. Western newspapers and press agencies soon picked up on the report and viewed it as an important development that helped the intensive American build-up for the aggression.
