Last year I bought Kenmore Elite washer and dryer models based on your recommendation. But your report at the time did not make clear, as your June 2004 article does, that clothes come out tangled and wrinkled, unlike those I laundered in my old washer and dryer. I sure don't want to save washer/dryer energy costs only to replace them ...
