Afghan Defence Ministry says disarmament process goes on "successfully".

The Defence Ministry considers the implementation of the recent decree by Hamed Karzai, the head of the Transitional Islamic State of Afghanistan, about the units existing outside the ministry's structure, its duty to ensure countrywide peace and stability.
