THE Westin Kuala Lumpur recently appointed Marco Franck as executive assistant manager - food and beverage. He leads the management and operations of six F&B outlets at the hotel.
Beginning his career in the free standing industry in France, Franck has worked in restaurants in Paris, London, New York, San Francisco and the Napa Valley.
He has two decades of experience in the hospitality line.
Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Franck is fluent in three languages.
