Hucklebridge nets title with fine display in foxhills event.

Colerne Ktm rider Mark Hucklebridge claimed overall victory in the Pro Open Class in the penultimate round of the KWS International Motocross series at Foxhills, near Swindon.

He won the first race and was third in the second.

Veteran quarter-mile Tavistock sprinter Henry Body won both 350 and 500cc classes in the National Association's British Championship at Weston Zoyland.

Local rider John Jefferies and Cheshire's John Cox shared the two main races in the Swindon club's grass-track meeting at Dauntsey.

The 250cc class, which was decided over four races, went to Daniel Slater who won three of the four qualifying races on the superb Grangewood Farm circuit.
