THE fund-raising campaign to revive Velodrome Rakyat in Ipoh will officially begin by next week and the Malaysian National Cycling Federation (MNCF) want to ensure that every sen collected goes rightfully towards its restoration.
For that reason, the MNCF council yesterday agreed to select an independent audit firm and a bank which has branches nationwide to manage the fund.
The decision will be made by the end of next week.
