IT is the time when some of us think up New Year resolutions for ourselves but what about New Year resolutions for the country? We are entering the new year with a new Prime Minister and after the general election due in the new year, we can expect also to have a new administration with the new Prime Minister's own stamp on it after he has won his own personal mandate.
