KUALA LUMPUR, Wed. - The Bar Council said today that all parties must be consulted before changes are implemented in the judicial system.

Bar Council chairman Kuthubul Zaman Bukhari, in a faxed statement to Bernama here, said that consultation was important before any well-thought plan was implemented.

"All stakeholders of our justice system should be consulted in this process, including the judiciary, the Bar, the Attorney-General's Chambers, the ministry in charge of law, as well as the public."
