KUALA LUMPUR: Len Seng Bus Company Sdn Bhd terminated 10 more of its workers yesterday following a protest by those workers over the company's poor handling of their employment matters.

Two days ago, the company dismissed some 55 drivers when a termination letter headlined "Termination of Contract" dated July 7 was handed to them.

Unfortunately, the drivers only knew their fate the next day.

Transport Workers Union (TWU)-Len Seng secretary Sebastian Joseph said it appears the management is ignoring the Road Transport Act and advice from the Commercial Vehicle Licensing Board (CVLB).
