SELANGOR MPPJ's desire to play in the Malaysia Cup final may be derailed by the threat of suspension to the team's key defenders.

With three of them, including skipper Khairil Zainal, having collected two yellow cards each, another card will mean an automatic suspension.

A situation which Khairil believes will be a big blow to the player concerned should MPPJ make it to the Oct 4 final.

The other two players are Yuzaiman Zahari and Abdul Rahman Raof.
