Once again, the All-Star Game counts, only this time it's different. It will be played under National League rules at Houston's Minute Maid Park. Double switches will abound. Roster management will be critical. And A.L. manager Joe Torre won't be fazed.

It's a good thing Torre managed 14 years in the N.L., has freshened up in interleague play and gone 4-2 in six World Series with the Yankees, managing road games under N.L. rules. He had better outfox the Marlins' Jack McKeon in the July 13 game, or George Steinbrenner will blast him for blowing home-field advantage in the World Series.
