The University of Phoenix, Santa Teresa campus will pay $130,000 to settle a workplace bias claim, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced.

The EEOC had filed the suit in 2005 on behalf of a female former employee who was sexually harassed by a male management official and then was retaliated against after reporting the harassment. In addition to the monetary award, the school will also:

* provide her with a letter of reference and apology,

* provide training on sex ...
