Oct. 23--Long Island health officials have announced a record number of sites to obtain flu vaccines across Nassau and Suffolk counties.
In Nassau, 87 sites can accommodate up to 22,000 county residents 60 and older for the shots, with no out-of-pocket expenses, officials said. Suffolk will provide the shots to high-risk adults 18 and older, with more than 50 sites. Insurance coverage...
