Walt Disney Records releases the soundtrack to the Disney Channel Original Movie "Stuck in the Suburbs" on July 13. The soundtrack features all-new songs performed by the movie's main character, Jordan Cahill, as well as original music sung by today's coolest teen artists. The "Stuck in the Suburbs" movie premieres July 16 on Disney Channel.
The collection includes music from Radio Disney favorites such as Hollywood/Buena Vista recording artist Jesse McCartney, whose solo album will be out on Sept. 28, 2004, and who stars in Aaron Spelling Television's hit WB show "Summerland." Haylie Duff, who wrote two songs on sister Hilary Duff's debut album, currently is working on her own solo debut, with a late-summer release expected on Hollywood Records. This summer, Haylie also is a special guest on Hilary's Most Wanted Tour. Anneliese van der Pol, co-star of the hit Disney Channel Original Series "That's So Raven," makes her first solo contribution to a Disney Channel soundtrack with her song "Over It."
