GOPENG, Fri. - Some 10,000 pupils from 82 primary schools in rural areas nationwide will receive sport apparel worth RM1.2 million for their extra curricular activities through a month-long project beginning today.
The contribution, from Yayasan Albukhary, will enable them to participate in physical education activities such as athletics, netball, badminton and football.
Each pupil will receive a pair of track suit, two sports tshirts, a pair of shorts, two pairs of socks and sports shoes.
