Health & Environment: Luxembourg Funds $3.95Mln for Safe Blood Transfusion in Vietnam.

The Luxembourg government has assisted $3.95 million to Vietnam to carry out a technical assistance project for safe blood transfusion strategies, according to an agreement signed yesterday in Hanoi.
The support including $3.9 million in non-refundable aid will help Vietnam to build and upgrade infrastructure systems in four blood transfusion centers in Hanoi, central Hue city, Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho from now until 2007.
