MasterCard Canada Names New President: Kevin J. Stanton was promoted last month to president of MasterCard Canada. He had been serving as interim president since March, when Walt Macnee gave up the president's post to become executive vice president of card products at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Canada's largest Visa issuer. Prior to being named interim president, Stanton was senior vice president of strategy and market development at MasterCard Canada.
