TOP Malaysian pair Choong Tan Fook-Lee Wan Wah have always promised a lot in major tournaments but somehow faltered but the Athens Olympics gives them the perfect opportunity to change all that.

After failing to win the bronze medal in the 2000 Sydney Olympics, Tan Fook-Wan Wah were bugged by injuries but managed to rediscover their form last year.

They missed a golden opportunity for honours in the All-England final in February when they allowed Jens Eriksen-Martin Lundgaard Hansen of Denmark to snatch a come-from-behind victory.
