JAKARTA, July 1 Asia Pulse - PT Indosat has set a target of at least nine million cellular phone subscribers by the end of this year, following its success to secure three million subscribers in Jabotabek (Jakarta-Bogor-Tangerang-Bekasi) area early in June 2004, an executive of the company said.
