TAIPEI, July 1 Asia Pulse - A nanotechnology research facility at National Nano Device Laboratories in Hsinchu City was inaugurated Wednesday.
The facility is located in the Hsinchu Science-based Industrial Park.
Chou Ching-yang, director of the National System Chip Design Center - to which the Nanotechnology Research Building belongs - said nanotechnology will sharpen the country's edge in the semiconductor sector and help cement Taiwan's leading position in this field.
