SEOUL, July 1 Asia Pulse - The combined net profit of the Hanjin Group, South Korea's sixth largest conglomerate, decreased 38.16 per cent from the previous year to 266.4 billion won (US$230.45 million) in fiscal 2003.
Hanjin, which closes its books on December 31, posted an operating profit of 867.3 billion won on sales of 16.75 trillion won, according to the group's combined financial statement submitted to the Financial Supervisory Service Wednesday.
Its operating profit and sales marked year-on-year growth of 100.71 per cent and 4.09 per cent, respectively.
