The Body Repair Industry Campaign has launched a scathing criticism against insurance companies for refusing to pay attention to fair and transparent working practices, despite pledges to incorporate corporate social responsibility into their businesses.
In a lecture last week, Shaun O'Reilly, Bric's director, said that, although Royal & Sun Alliance, Aviva, the Royal Bank of Scotland and Zurich belong to the Forge group - which aims to help companies put CSR principles into practice, they "are not walking their talk".
