The British Insurance Brokers' Association has offered to intervene in the row over Zurich's decision to cancel its agency with broker Folgate, if asked.
Following a meeting between the two parties this week to discuss the run-off of the business, Folgate chief executive Andy Homer slammed Zurich's tactics of using rival brokers to attack its clients, branding the insurer's actions as "unprecedented".
