One of the leading claims management brands and former bane of the insurance industry, Claims Direct, is set to be relaunched in September, two years after the collapse of the original company.
Law firm Russell Jones & Walker, which bought the rights to the brand, is overseeing the rebirth of the company, which will initially be known as New Claims Direct.
Malcolm Crompton, general manager of New Claims Direct, said: "Extensive research during the past six months has shown us that claimants are looking for a company they can trust, which offers speed and efficiency of service.
"I don't think there is any other claims management company with such a strong brand." Mr Crompton said that although it may start as New Claims Direct, it would probably drop the 'new' in the future.
