Specialists from Korea and the European Union called for enhanced safety measures in Korea during a forum yesterday in time for the government-designated Industrial Safety Week. The Ministry of Labor-affiliated Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency and the European Union Chamber of Commerce in Korea co- organized the Safety Culture Symposium to check on Korea's present safety culture and seek better direction of safety policies, agency officials said.
