It's all systems go for the inauguration of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and vice-president-elect Noli L. de Castro today.

Presidential Spokesman Ignacio R. Bunye said all the necessary preparations have been done and has been finalized to ensure the success of the ceremonies at Manila, and Cebu City.

"We are all systems go for the inaugural. The venues are secured, the programs have been set and finalized, special envoys have started to arrive, and the people are anticipating the inception of a new regime," Mr. Bunye said in a press briefing.

He said the president would focus on her call for unity in reconciliation in her inaugural speech to be delivered this morning at the Quirino Grandstand in Luneta Park.
