NO funds have yet been committed for the revival of Velodrome Rakyat in Ipoh and Sports Minister Datuk Azalina Othman Said's (pic) discussion with the Perak CA (PCA) has been postponed by her office. Twice.

With negotiations between PCA and the Sports Ministry now being put on hold, the future of the velodrome remains in limbo.

The postponement of PCA president Datuk Seri Darshan Singh Gill's meeting with Azalina, however, gives the association time to line up a more solid presentation in the hope of securing some commitment from the ministry.
