Health officials and medical experts have warned that the occurrence of two confirmed cases of Japanese encephalitis within a month is far from common. ``I don't exclude the possibility that we will find more cases during the next few weeks,'' Department of Health consultant Thomas Tsang said. ``I think the chance of major outbreaks in Hong Kong [of hundreds of cases] within a short period of time is small.''
