The state has published the recommendation of former State Prosecutor Edna Arbel to press charges against Prime Minister Ariel Sharon for accepting bribe from contractor David Appel in the case of the Greek Island affair. Also published was the indictment draft she had prepared.

Arbel's recommendation was submitted to the High Court of Justice and made public as part of the state's response to the three petitions filed with the court against the decision reached by Attorney General Meni Mazuz to close the case …
