Jakarta, Tempo Interaktif: Gun Gun Rusman Gunawan alias Abdul Hadi alias Abdul Karim alias Bukhori, one of the six Indonesian students from deported from Pakistan, has been charged with providing or collecting money for the J.W. Marriott Hotel bombing on 6 August 2003. A legal adviser for the accused protested because he had not received the case dossier. "We object if the charges are read now," said Achmad Michdan, lawyer for the accused on Monday (21 June) at the Central Jakarta District Court.
