MUMBAI, June 21 Asia Pulse - Medicine Shoppe India, a pharmacy franchise of Medicine Shoppe International, is planning to almost double its number of outlets to around 100 from the present 52 in the current fiscal, even as it is planning to increase its presence in the southern states of the country.

"The additional franchisees would be rolled out in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Kolkata and Hyderabad, which would completed by March 2005," Medicine Shoppe India Chief Operating Officer Rajendra Gupta told PTI here on Sunday.
