PRAGUE, June 16 (CTK) - The following is the text of the open letter sent by the head of the opposition Civic Democrats (ODS), Mirek Topolanek, to Premier Vladimir Spidla (Social Democrat- CSSD) on June 14.
Dear Mr. Premier,
In several days, another exceptionally important meeting will be held of representatives of European Union member states - the Inter-Governmental Conference - which has on its programme, among other matters, the talks on the further fate of the so-called European constitution.
