Carl Fischer to acquire Theodore Presser.(Items of Interest)(Brief Article)
Carl Fischer has entered into an agreement in principle to acquire Theodore Presser Company, subject to due diligence, where both companies will combine their strengths in the print and performance fields.
Some back room operations will be combined, but in the areas of editorial and promotion, the two companies will retain their separate identities. Theodore Presser will continue to be known as Theodore Presser, and Carl Fischer will remain as Carl Fischer.
