IN the light of the Velodrome Rakyat issue, Sports Minister Datuk Azalina Othman Said feels it may be time for the National Sports Council (NSC) to look into setting guidelines on the operation of sports facilities.
This, despite the fact that only the National Sports Complex in Bukit Jalil belonging to the Government, comes with the need for the Federal Government to be able to work with State and local Governments to resolve issues pertaining to sporting infra-structure.
