By Warren Lee A local opera company will kick off the summer season by staging a perennial family favorite, "The Magic Flute," at the Seoul Arts Center from June 15-19.

Mozart's classic opera has long been known to bring families together with its fantastical story line and beautiful music. It is a popular introduction to opera because "The Magic Flute" features spoken dialogue, not recitatives, between arias and music that makes following the plot enjoyable and easy for those unfamiliar with the art form.
