SEOUL, June 11 Asia Pulse - Yonhap News Agency, South Korea's public news wire service, has signed a partnership agreement with Bulgarian News Agency to exchange news and photo services.

Chang Young-sup, president of Yonhap News, signed the deal with his counterpart Maxim Minchev at the company head office, saying he believes it will help give the Korean people easy access to East European news.
