Hong Kong-listed China Merchants Holdings (International) plans to dispose of its oil tanker and toll road divisions this year. The company said yesterday it is in discussions on selling its tanker operations to parent company China Merchants Group, which holds 52.35 per cent of China Merchants Holdings. The company is also in preliminary talks with an entity ``listed outside of Hong Kong'' interested in its mainland toll road businesses.
