BANJA LUKA, June 3 (ONASA) - Republika Srpska National Assembly speaker Dragan Kalinic and Democratic Party of Serbia presidential candidate Dragan Marsicanin assessed on Thursday that the agreement on special parallel ties between the RE and Serbia-Montenegro was not fully taken advantage of.
Kalinic and Marsicanin discussed Thursday in Banja Luka the process of setting up dual citizenship between BiH and Serbia and strengthening of economic and cultural cooperation between the two countries.
Marsicanin said that at every meeting they discussed the same problems, which meant that the agreement on special parallel ties was not used enough.
According to Marsicanin the reasons of such a state were constant political turbulence and incomplete political stability in the region.
