ITC enters mosquito trap flap.(Industry Updates)(International Trade Commission )(Brief Article)
The U.S. International Trade Commission has ordered Blue Rhino to stop importing and selling the SV 1000 model of its SkeeterVac insect trap. The model was the subject of a complaint filed by American Biophysics, the Liberty, Mo., manufacturer of the Mosquito Magnet, which claimed that Blue Rhino violated its patented technology.
