BALTIMORE RAVENS The staff is confident RB Musa Smith can carry the ball 15 to 18 times a game if legal problems sideline Jamal Lewis. The coaches have spent the offseason working on Smith's confidence. He's a big back like Lewis but lacks Lewis' speed on the perimeter. Still, the franchise believes Smith can be a standout....
