ProMana Solutions Acquires Source Code License For Core Application.

ProMana Solutions (Pink Sheets: PSLU), a provider of end-to-end solutions for human resource management and business process outsourcing, announced today that it has signed an agreement with Performance Software, Inc. to acquire a Source Code license for one of the company's primary applications.

As part of the agreement, ProMana now owns a single application that ties all of the back office services it provides with an easy-to-use front end for its branded partners and direct end users.

The application allows ProMana Solutions to integrate into any other ASP via XML or other SOAP technology, offering its branded partners the option of selecting their own HR portals, Intranet service providers, and other processing companies, if they so desire.

ProMana now has the ability to offer a unique solution that minimizes cost through competition, and provides an unlimited revenue model for clients and direct end users. In addition, ProMana can quickly add new products and services to its suite of services.
