GOVERNOR Bola Tinubu of Lagos State weekend said plans have been concluded to commence work on the multi-billion naira fourth Mainland Bridge which would run from Eti-Osa, Lagos Island to Ikorudu, Lagos State.

He also his government had generated over 10,000 job opportunities for various types of people in the formal and informal sectors since the inception of his administration five years ago.
