Beijing, 31 May: Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing met here Monday [31 May] with Wadibia-Anyanwu, permanent secretary of the Nigerian Foreign Ministry, and both agreed to further boost bilateral cooperation in various fields.

During the meeting, Li said the relationship between China and Nigeria developed smoothly since the two countries established diplomatic ties, and the both sides increased mutual trust in the political field, achieved fruitful progress in economic and trade cooperation and maintained sound cooperation in international affairs.
