BeirutOs real estate market has been booming since 9/11, when Arab investment began to turn
inwards, and interest in the sector began to take off. Now, along BeirutOs palm-fringed
Corniche, a string of luxury skyscrapers is rising from the ground. Most eye-catching are the
three 150-meter residential towers whose average price tag is some $4,000 per square meter.
The towers combine state of the art design with a magnificent view over both sea and
