With its terrazzo floor, pale sage green walls and natural light pouring in from high above, this upscale Bayview Avenue veteran--devoted to bringing the outside in and the inside out--is a stylish sanctuary. The talents of owners Michael Renaud, landscape and floral designer, and Martin Ciccone, designer of interiors and garden detailing, are everywhere in evidence (that's Renaud in the back room, creating an arrangement). Positioned throughout the 1,300-square-foot space are pieces of indoor-outdoor furniture created by Ciccone (sometimes with Renaud's input), which add a witty, modern twist to classic styles: a piece of industrial flooring tops a side table ($695), its iron legs constructed to mimic bamboo; curvy strips of beige powder-coated iron create a sleek and jazzy dining chair ($595).
