With its terrazzo floor, pale sage green walls and natural light pouring in from high above, this upscale Bayview Avenue veteran--devoted to bringing the outside in and the inside out--is a stylish sanctuary. The talents of owners Michael Renaud, landscape and floral designer, and Martin Ciccone, designer of interiors and garden detailing, are everywhere in evidence (that's Renaud in the back room, creating an arrangement).
