Berlin: The Muenster Administrative Appeals Court has ruled that Islamist Metin Kaplan may be deported to Turkey. However, this judgment can once more be appealed. A rapid deportation of the "Caliph of Cologne" continues to be improbable.

Today's ruling is probably only another chapter in the almost endless proceedings against the so-called "Caliph of Cologne" who, since his release from prison, is remaining in Germany only on the sufferance of the German authorities.
